With competences acquired in vocational training.

At least 2 years of work experience in areas related to the master's degree (submit a work certificate).

General objective

To train competent professionals with quality standards, who solve the problems related to the insufficient corporate culture of the company, scarce ethical principles and business responsibility, lack of a prospective strategic vision, and the limitation of the use of technologies for decision-making, contributing to minimise the impact of globalisation and achieve the competitiveness of companies with social and environmental responsibility.

Specific objectives.

• To promote theoretical and methodological training in the area of administrative management focused from the classical theory of administration and human relations, based on the system approach, contingency and complexity through knowledge of different disciplines in order to play a leading role and lead the actions aimed at achieving business competitiveness.
• To develop in the professional competences to solve the problems of administrative management, through the application of strategic planning and innovation strategies that lead to the mitigation of external impacts on the company, through actions of business protection, sustained development, in order to promote a working environment in the fulfilment of institutional goals and objectives.
• Strengthen professional training from a holistic, competency-based perspective and based on meaningful learning by means of didactic techniques and tools that allow students to understand and deepen their knowledge of business administration or socially responsible organisations.
• To value the problems of business administration from a responsible, transparent and honest perspective that respects cultural diversity, ancestral knowledge, intercultural technologies and the guidelines of the National Plan for Good Living.
