Objective
To provide organised Primary Health Care services, with activities and procedures in individual and collective interventions through health promotion actions, surveillance of risk factors for human health, disease prevention to improve the health conditions and quality of life of the university community and its area of influence.

Objective(s)
- Guarantee comprehensive quality medical care to students, teachers, employees, workers of the UTEQ and the families of university employees.
- To carry out prevention and health promotion activities aimed at the university community.

- To provide medical care to all members of the university community.
- Carry out prevention and health promotion campaigns for the timely detection of cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure.
- Train university students in ITS prevention and family planning.
- To raise awareness among the university community about the responsibility of leading healthy lifestyles.
- Validate documents to justify sickness absence.
- Assess health conditions and prepare medical records for first-semester students.
