  • The course coordinator will request, by means of an official document addressed to the Director of Liaison, to coordinate the process of signing the agreement.
  • After analysing the corresponding documentation received, the Directorate of Liaison will request, by means of a communication to the Academic Vice-Rectorate, that the agreement be signed.
  • After signing the agreement, the Academic Vice-Rectorate, by means of a communication, delivers the legalised agreement to the Directorate of Liaison.
  • The Directorate of Liaison sends the duly legalised agreements to the degree coordinators for their registration and filing.
