The event was held in the central auditorium of the UTEQ. Details about the objectives, strategies and activities to be carried out within this project were presented by the Environmental Engineer Mariela Díaz, deputy dean of the Faculty of Engineering Sciences.

Rector Eduardo Díaz, in his speech, mentioned that this Plan has the support of the authorities for the benefit and environmental care of the alma mater and its community.
