The university will be hosting the final phase of the competition in November.

The Unit of Distance Studies with a view to this competition developed a great sports day that took place on Sunday 30 July in the Wellington Chang Coliseum and the 7 de Octubre Stadium where hundreds of students from this academic unit gathered. The Faculties of Environmental Sciences and Agricultural Sciences also organised with their teachers and students to hold their internal games in the Agrilsa complex and take the best players to the decisive phase. Likewise, the other careers have also held their internal games, as is the case of Marketing, which concentrated on the Bombonera pitch. The first stage of the Inter-Career Championship is in full swing and the best are expected to reach the final phase in November when they will compete on the Finca La María pitch (football), Wellington Chang Coliseum (men's and women's indoor football) and in the Ciudad de Quevedo Coliseum (men's and women's basketball). There will also be athletics in 100m and 200m flat and 4x400m relay.
