Major Gustavo Gutiérrez, head of the Quevedo anti-drug investigation unit; Sergeant Carlos Coello Moreno, head of the anti-drug investigation unit; and staff from the University Welfare Unit, to plan and implement a training programme for the prevention and control of the consumption of narcotic and psychotropic substances. Coordinated work is planned between the UTEQ and the National Police, with face-to-face talks, identifying cases of addiction, participating in toxicological prevention open houses, and making a random consumption test for university students feasible in the medium term.
