The socialisation took place in one of the auditoriums of the Faculty of Business Sciences and was aimed at teachers and researchers interested in presenting basic and applied research projects for funding through competitive funds 2018. The purpose of this call is to encourage research at UTEQ by promoting the consolidation and creation of interdisciplinary groups linked to the lines and sub-lines of research of the university. The initiative seeks to promote the formation of research groups and network interaction, together with national and international institutions, as well as to promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge through the publication of research. Eduardo Díaz, rector of UTEQ, addressed the professors present at the socialisation and encouraged them to participate in this Sixth Focicyt Call in order to achieve academic excellence.
