This project is approved by the International Cooperation Agency of Andalusia (Spain) and involves the University of Huelva, the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (Esmeraldas), the State Technical University of Quevedo and ISTEC-Sucumbíos.

Representing UTEQ is the lecturer León Arguello, who says that this project aims to align methodologies and processes between universities in the strengthening of entrepreneurship and livelihoods with a gender and rights approach.

For this purpose, representatives of each institution met on 9, 10 and 11 September at the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the Central University of Ecuador to continue the project.
