SGA: Your Gateway to Academic Processes

The SGA is the information system through which students carry out various academic processes. According to the institutional manual, undergraduate and foundation programme enrolment is carried out through this system as the electronic means of becoming part of UTEQ.

You can access it directly at sga.uteq.edu.ec or through the institutional website, www.uteq.edu.ec, where you will find the link to the SGA.

If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to use the credentials provided to you and then change your password. In addition, as a new user, one of the first processes you will find is the completion of the Socioeconomic Survey, which is required in order to access the other options in the system.

What can you do on the SGA?

Through the system, you can carry out and check different aspects related to your academic process, including:

• Enrolment and subject selection.
• Checking subjects and timetables.
• Enrolment details.
• Reviewing your academic status.
• Checking financial information related to enrolment, where applicable.

Once your enrolment has been completed, you can also check your selected subjects, enrolment details and weekly timetable.
