To generate technology for the improvement of processes related to the substantive functions of the two universities and for the development of IT platforms.

The activities that UNEMI undertakes to carry out through this agreement are to cede the source codes, to accompany the development of the improvement plan of the IT systems and to develop the IT platforms
UTEQ signs an agreement with the University of Milagro
Academic Management Systems (SGA) and Administrative Management Systems (SAGET), for the development of computer processes of the UTEQ; also the University of Quevedo will develop an improvement plan for these systems in coordination with the University of Milagro. Jorge Feijó, rector of UNEMI, and Eduardo Díaz, rector of UTEQ, took part in the signing of the agreement, accompanied by several directors of both institutions. The event took place on 30 October on the premises of the University of Milagro.
