Eduardo Díaz, rector of UTEQ; Juan Pablo García, president of the Agricultural Centre; Carlos Zamora, agricultural technical advisor; and Sandra Nogales, councillor of the Municipal Government of Buena Fe, participated in the signing of the agreement, which took place on 5 August. The agreement aims to implement joint cooperation actions to strengthen research activities, technology transfer, training and institutional strengthening between the UTEQ and the Centro Agrícola Cantonal de Buena Fe.
