The document was signed by Galo Tobar Farías, rector of the Institute, and Guadalupe Murillo Campuzano, in her capacity as deputy rector of the UTEQ.

The parties undertake to make viable the use of the infrastructure and equipment of laboratories, workshops, libraries and experimental areas of the UTEQ for the development, implementation and operation of workshops and laboratories of the careers of Technology in Agriculture, Technology in Agriculture and Livestock, Technician in Public Safety and Public Order, Technology in Food Processing and Technology in Integrated Child Development, in favour of the Institute.
