Through a research project carried out with high school graduates from our canton and surrounding areas, it became clear that there is a need for university degrees in our locality and we discovered that one of the most sought after is Architecture. Our young people will no longer have to travel to other cities to fulfil their dreams of becoming an architect," said Torres.
