With the aim of promoting access and the exercise of people's rights to receive truthful, objective, timely, free, intercultural, inclusive, direct, diverse and participatory information in all areas.

The talk was given by Mr. Javier Velecela, Director of processes and sanctions of the Supercom, in the auditorium ""D"" of the Faculty of Business Sciences and in it various groups, citizens, communicators, designers, students, artists, teachers and public officials, were able to learn about the benefits and rights enshrined in the Organic Law of Communication and the Draft Reforms, as well as the services provided by the Identity. After the explanation, the representative of the superintendence opened the forum for questions in which students and teachers of the UTEQ expressed their concerns according to the topics discussed, questions that were answered based on the articles of the Organic Law of Communication and its Regulations.

In addition to the talk, Supercom also set up a Citizen Attention Point outside the Faculty of Business Sciences where students and citizens in general could ask questions and also learn how to file a complaint, in case they needed to do so.
