With a Fulbito Sports Championship and a Solemn Session, events that took place in the afternoon and evening of 29 September this year.

The solemn session was held at the UTEQ Sports Centre and was attended by the authorities of the committee and special guests.

During the event, recognition was given to Florencio Ube, Eduardo Pluas and Benedicto Saldaña for 20 years of service to the institution; to Elvis Paez, José Alcívar and Justo Salazar for 25 years; and to Prenlin Minota for 30 years. Recognition was also given to Gonzalo Muñoz for his years of service to UTEQ.

In addition, awards were given to the first and second place winners of the fulbito sports championship, where they received medals and trophies. Prenlin Minota, Secretary General of STUTEQ, expressed his joy and satisfaction for being at the head of this committee that highlights the values of modern trade unionism.
