The drill was held on 7 September 2018, in the FCI building and had the collaboration of the Red Cross, the Quevedo Fire Brigade and the Consulting Group company.

The main objective of the event was to provide a message of prevention and to train the university community to deal with this type of event. In addition, this drill allowed to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses that need to be maintained or eliminated in the event of this type of event.

Henry Aguilera, coordinator of the course, indicated that in this activity all the protocol that must be followed in this type of emergency was applied. "The ISISO career is characterised by providing solutions or proposals that benefit all those who make up the Quevedo State Technical University," explained Aguilera.
