The student Rino Arias, from the seventh semester of the Software Engineering course, had an outstanding presentation with his scientific article "All Vaccinated: Open-Source Web System for the control of vaccination processes in Health Centers" in the 8th International Congress on Information and Communication Technology (ICICT 2023) that took place in London - United Kingdom, last February 22nd of this year.

LThe research published in the ICICT 2023 was carried out under the direction of Lucrecia Llerena, Nancy Rodríguez, and Verónica Osorio, teachers of the UTEQ, with the participation of Jhon Castro, academic of the Universidad de Atacama- Chile.

The student's scientific article has had a great impact, and will be indexed in the Scopus bibliographic database.
