Results of the elections of representatives to the University Council

With a great acceptance from the university community, the support to the candidates that will represent the Honourable University Council of the UTEQ was evidenced.
The Electoral Commission counted the votes and proclaimed the following results:
With a total of 5484 valid votes, Luis Carriel Zambrano is the new student representative, accompanied by alternate Carla Carbo; with 162 valid votes the teachers' representatives Dominga Rodríguez, Magali Reyes, Diana Vasco, Washington Carreño, Cinthia Erazo, Segundo Cabrera, Rafael Muñoz and Luis Simba; and 117 valid votes for Bladimir Cedeño with his alternate Yuni Carreño as the employee and worker representatives.
The newly elected representatives will be sworn in in eight working days.
