Eduardo Díaz, rector of UTEQ and president of the board of directors of Prodeuteq; John Salcedo, mayor of Quevedo; Javier Vivas, manager of Quevial and Cesil Moreno, manager of Prodeuteq participated in the signing of the agreement that took place in the University Council room of UTEQ.

The objective of this agreement is to select 150 Civil Traffic Agents for the canton of Quevedo. The public company of the UTEQ will carry out the academic, psychological and physical assessments and will coordinate medical examinations for the applicants.
