During the academic event, several symposiums were held in the different auditoriums of the UTEQ.

This Congress counted with the participation of national and foreign lecturers, who shared their knowledge with teachers and students from UTEQ and other universities.

A total of 9 keynote lectures and 172 papers were presented in this scientific event.

The symposiums that took place during this congress focused on topics such as: Food Security and Sovereignty, University Education, Natural Resources, Communication Technologies and Administrative Sciences.

Byron Oviedo, Director of Research at UTEQ, commented that this type of academic events promote the establishment of highly dedicated teaching groups of high academic level in order to contribute to the development of research, teaching and extension in the different sectors of influence of UTEQ with topics of national and international interest.
