Linner works as a teacher in two educational units in Quevedo, which is why he decided to study for a Master's degree in Business Administration in 2021. He is currently a master's degree holder and applies the knowledge he has acquired in his work.

• What were the reasons for pursuing a Master's degree at UTEQ?

UTEQ was the institution where I obtained my third level degree and I could realise that its educational programmes are very good and it also has professionals who have a sense of belonging with the institutional purposes of teaching that make this learning stage more pleasant and comfortable in the updating of knowledge and exchange of experiences.

• What does it mean to you to have obtained a fourth level degree?

It really means a challenge that has allowed me to grow professionally and personally, since I learned from my coordinator and teachers, experiences that enriched my knowledge; in addition, a degree from UTEQ represents a source of pride for me, since it is a prestigious university, accredited by CACES, for being an institution that not only contributes to professional training, but to the great responsibility and seriousness assumed by each of the members that compose it.

• How do you rate the teaching provided by your teachers?

Undoubtedly very good, the teaching of teachers at UTEQ is provided with a good attitude and excellent guidance and treatment, which leads to a very significant learning.

• Would you recommend other professionals to study a master's degree at UTEQ?

Of course I would, professionals who study a master's degree at UTEQ will take with them an innovative experience that will provide them with greater knowledge in many areas at a professional level.

• What is your message for professionals who want to follow a Master's degree at UTEQ?

The message for professionals who want to do a master's degree at UTEQ is that they should not hesitate to undertake it, since doing a postgraduate degree is not an expense but an investment for life, and life itself is a constant and permanent learning process; even better when you have teachers with a great human and academic quality. While it is true that studying is an activity that demands dedication and responsibility to obtain good results, however, we all have the ability to achieve it and in the end we will treasure the satisfaction of professional and personal growth that will be useful in the areas of our performance.
