In the framework of a solemn session, a new group of fifteen new appraisers of furniture and real estate obtained their certificate and licence on April 4th in the postgraduate hall of the UTEQ.
The certification of the experts was the final result of a course given thanks to an alliance between the State Technical University of Quevedo, the Public Company Prodeuteq and the Corporación de Peritos Avaluadores del Litoral. (Cipal).
The course began on 22 January 2018 and lasted 170 hours over 5 weeks, on Saturdays and Sundays.
The objective was to describe and apply the concepts and fundamentals of appraisals and valuations in the workplace, in industry, in the marketing of goods for both public and private companies.
The topics covered were: Introduction to appraisal and valuation, method for the valuation of industries and factories, valuation of movable goods according to CIPAL, SBS and SC, valuation of rural, agricultural and agro-industrial real estate, and valuation of urban real estate.
