The commemorative schedule commenced on Monday, 3 August with the Election and Crowning of the FCIP Queen 2026, a student integration event that brought together representatives from the various degree programmes. As part of the events fostering holistic education, the university sports day will begin on Friday, 14 August at 09:00 with the Opening Ceremony of the FCIP Games 2026, a tournament designed to strengthen teamwork and camaraderie between academic staff and students.

The scientific dimension of the anniversary will feature on Monday, 17 August at 09:00 with the International Conference Series, where national and international experts will address key global challenges and trends in agro-industry, industrial engineering, food sciences, and occupational health and safety. Likewise, on Tuesday, 18 August from 14:00, the FCIP Expo Fair 2026 will take place in the Parque de la Familia, a setting in which the university community will showcase applied research projects and technological prototypes aimed at solving problems in the productive sector to the public.

The commemorative activities will conclude on Wednesday, 19 August at 10:00 with the Solemn Session for the 5th Anniversary of FCIP's Institutional Life. During this official ceremony, led by university authorities, the dean's office, vice-dean's office, and degree coordinators, awards for academic, scientific, and teaching merit will be presented, confirming the contribution of FCIP-UTEQ to the technical and social growth of the country.
