The inauguration of the games was held on 4 September at the UTEQ sports centre, in which a total of seven teams from the different careers of this faculty took part. At the event, Gema Mendoza Antón was chosen as Miss Sports, while the students of the Graphic Design Engineering course were the Best Uniformed team. At the end of the sports day, medals and trophies were awarded to the winning teams, with the Industrial Engineering team winning in Men's Football and the Telematics Engineering team winning in Women's Football and the Telematics Engineering team winning in Women's Football. In Men's Basketball the winners were also the Industrial Engineering students, while in Women's Basketball the winners were the Industrial Safety and Occupational Health Engineering students.
