In one of the classrooms of the Faculty of Livestock Science, students of Food Engineering carried out an exhibition of food products on the 16th of August.
The products presented were made using the method of preservation, smoking, curing and preparation of sausages. They also made smoked chicken wings, baked chicken, hard beef sausage, chicken nuggets and beef rib.
This fair was coordinated by teacher Wilma Llerena, and is part of the Protein Food learning unit.
