The event took place in the auditorium "C" and "D" of the same faculty on the 24th of August and was attended by the main authorities of the UTEQ.

The event was attended by national and international speakers such as Dr. Eliseo Martínez Muñoz, professor of the Department of Social Work and Social Services of the University of Valencia, Spain, with the topic "Local development as a necessary and viable strategy for rural areas. A comparative analysis Spain-Ecuador"; and Dr. Lorenzo Figueredo, official of the UTEQ, who explained the system "Follow-up to graduates in the UTEQ". José Rivera, Coordinator of graduate follow-up, was in charge of receiving the surveys from the graduates attending the meeting. This type of meeting facilitates the follow-up work that the university does with the graduates in order to know their employment situation, and what has been the contribution of the university in their professional training, in the same way the information provided by the graduates will be very useful for the university. In addition, the conferences presented at the conference serve to update knowledge to professionals working in various entities, said the dean of the faculty, Washington Carreño.
