Since my beginnings in 2004, I liked interacting with people, taking a smile off their faces, this led me to enter entertainment for children in 2009; and it was in 2012 when I started my artistic activity as a clown.

I was studying at UTEQ, and in my free time I worked in matinees or events that hired me. For reasons of time and various occupations, between working as a comedian and teaching in an educational institution, I had to stop my studies for a while.

But the constancy and perseverance to be a professional was stronger and that's why after a few years I decided to resume my career, quit my job and dedicate myself to entertainment.

Thank God, no, I didn't have any limitations. I had very understanding teachers who knew about my work, since it is my source of income to pay for my studies. Whenever I had events, I always completed my classes and homework, and after that I went to my presentations, sometimes dressed or made up from the classroom.

How does your professional career benefit your work as an artist?

Marketing is what makes my business, i.e. I apply my knowledge on myself. Al ser un profesional en Marketing sé cómo manejar mi propia marca “Chaplito Show”. I work with a team of people who are also dedicated to entertainment and we are in events of all kinds, and this has only been achieved thanks to the marketing techniques I learned in my beloved institution UTEQ.
