The Central Park of the city of Quevedo was the scene of the youth entrepreneurship fair of nutritional food, called 'Young people can do more'.
This was the final part of the linkage project "Promotion of Nutritional Health of low-income families in the marginal areas of Mocache and Quevedo".
This outreach project was led by students of the Food Engineering degree of the Faculty of Livestock Sciences, who taught how to prepare healthy and nutritious products to the communities of the North Zone Youth Network Groups; Quevedo Cantonal Assembly: 7 de Octubre and Viva Alfaro Parishes; Ciudadela Mi País and Las Glorias; and Leonidas Proaño Mission, of the Mies-Quevedo Youth area.
