Walk for the international day against drugs

The Administrative Vice-rectorate and the UBE through the Psychology Department of the UTEQ organised a walk for the International Day for the Fight Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.
The walk took place on 26 June, with the slogan: "If you know it, tell others about it! Drugs kill!
Students from the Environmental Management Engineering, Forestry Engineering and Ecotourism Engineering courses of the Faculty of Environmental Sciences participated in the walk. The walk started at the UTEQ and went through the main streets of Quevedo to the Pileta located in the area of La Atascoso.
After the walk, the Psychology area and the students of the different careers of FCAMB were providing information about drugs, types and effects to several educational institutions such as: Colegio Técnico 24 de Mayo, Colegio Unidad Educativa Quevedo, Colegio Municipal Ciudad de Quevedo and Colegio Unidad Educativa Eloy Alfaro.
